Clarity Codex P.U.L.S.E · with Ayni

"By this age I should have achieved something. Why am I still stuck?"The sentence Ayni hears more than any other.

Spot the invisible pattern that has kept you stuck for years. Then break it, in six sessions.

For professionals in their 40s and 50s who have attended courses, read the books, and are still stuck in the same place.

Fill in the diagnostic form

Ayni reads every form herself.

  • Your first consultation is a paid session that includes your personal pattern report, but if it is not for you in the first 20 minutes you leave and pay nothing.

Disclaimer: This is not a session to get reassurance, nor a safe space to process feelings. This is for working professionals who are ready to finally take action in the next 48 hours to have a breakthrough in their workplace and relationships.

Sound familiar

"I thought I understood already. So why does it keep coming back to me?" What most people say in their first session with Ayni

You are not stuck because something is wrong with you. You are stuck because you have been too nice. Call it the nice person fallacy: the belief that you need to keep everyone else comfortable and fulfil all their requests.

The boss gets emotional. You absorb it, because a good employee is nice about it, and being anything else feels almost unbearable.

The client pushes. You soften, because holding your ground feels rude, and rude feels dangerous.

You ask your family for something you genuinely need, maybe something that is already yours. You are told to wait, because that is how things are done at home, and asking twice would not be nice. So you wait. For years.

You take the hit so the room stays calm. Every time. And the room never notices what it cost you.

Being nice has cost you years of progress in your life.
And it has never once been your turn.

The part nobody has told you

The fallacy is simple. You think that if you are nice to people, they will be nice to you. It hardly ever works out the way you expect. The boss you kept absorbing keeps getting emotional. The client you kept softening for keeps pushing. The family you kept waiting for keeps telling you to wait. Being nice did not make any of them nicer. It made them comfortable, and comfortable people have no reason to change.

And every time it does not work, you reach the only conclusion being nice allows: maybe I was not nice enough. So you try harder, and the loop tightens.

That is why understanding has not fixed it. You understand this better than most people ever will. What is missing is a single moment: the one where you stop being nice for a second, say the thing plainly to the person it needs to be said to, and sit in the discomfort instead of rushing to smooth it over. That moment is the one you keep stepping around. And after enough years, stepping around it is not a habit any more. It is the pattern. It is the thing that is actually running your life.

What you have already tried

  • The retreat, the workshop, the "life changing" class.

You gave it a weekend and a fair amount of money, and it genuinely felt like something shifted. By the second Monday you were back in the same meeting, doing the same thing, and the feeling was gone.

  • The self help books and the podcasts.

You understood them. Some of them genuinely made sense of what you were going through. But the pattern does not care what you understand, because by now it is not a thought you can correct. It is a habit, and it runs before you have had a chance to think.

  • Counselling, or a coach.

It helped. You talked it through, and you came out understanding why you are the way you are. But understanding why did not tell you what to do the next time your boss raises his voice, or the next time your family tells you to wait. So when it happened again, you did the same thing you always do.

  • Just being nicer, softer, more careful.

This one did not cost you any money. It cost you the most. You decided the problem was you, so you tried harder to be agreeable, to not upset anyone, to not ask for too much. But being nicer was never going to fix it, because being too nice is the problem in the first place. You were just doing more of it.

None of it was wasted. All of it helped you understand yourself better. But understanding alone does not do the job. What does is catching the pattern in the moment it happens, with the actual person in front of you, and doing something different right then.

That is the third option: six sessions with Ayni, built on her Keystone Illusion Breaker framework.

How it works

The Keystone Illusion Breaker. Six sessions that end the pattern.

Live 1:1 sessions of 90 minutes each, once every two weeks, with follow-up work between each one.

By the end of it, you can see your pattern coming before it runs, hold your ground without drowning in guilt, and make decisions that are actually yours, at work and at home. Each session asks one question about you, and answers it with your own evidence.

  1. 1

What is your inner operating system?

Phase 1 · Operating System Exposure

You finally see the rules you have been living by, on paper, in your own words. Most people say they cannot unsee it after this.

  2. 2

    What is your behaviour?

    Phase 2 · Behaviour Recognition

You start catching what you actually do when it matters, in the moment, instead of realising it on the drive home.

  3. 3

What keeps repeating, and what is it protecting?

    Phase 3 · Loop Verification

You understand why the pattern has survived this long, and what being nice has really been protecting you from. It stops feeling like something is wrong with you.

  4. 4

What happens when it starts again?

Phase 4 · Reactivation Under Disruption

When the pattern comes back, and it will, it no longer catches you by surprise. For the first time, you have a choice while it is happening.

  5. 5

Does it still run you when it costs you something?

Phase 5 · Behavioural Break / Pressure Test

You hold your ground in a real situation, with real stakes, and discover that the fallout you feared mostly does not come.

  6. 6

Who decides, now that the pattern doesn't?

Phase 6 · Return of Authorship

You leave making your own decisions, by your own rules, without needing Ayni or anyone else to hold you to them.

This is not just about understanding yourself better. It is about what you actually do, tested in real life, until the change is yours.

Case studies

Who we have helped.

The EA and the MD who never listened

The problem
She supported several managing directors. One kept getting emotional and claiming he did not know how the systems worked, no matter how many times she explained. They kept ending up in the same argument.
The struggle
Anxiety whenever someone senior got emotional. A jaw that tightened and an arm that stiffened before she even noticed she was upset. She kept absorbing his emotion to keep the peace.
After the framework
She explained the system once, properly, then stopped. His reaction stayed his problem. The jaw tightness is now her early warning, and she uses the same rule at home with her mother.
Six sessions on
From her MD’s performance review, name changed: “Sarah is a highly trusted Executive Assistant who operates effectively in complex, fast-changing environments.” See the review

The CEO whose door was always open

The problem
He ran an asset management firm as the nice boss: door open at all hours, carrying everyone, absorbing every problem himself. Then someone he trusted took advantage of it.
The struggle
Severe neck pain and nightmares. He could not sleep, and could not see how being good to people had led here.
After the framework
He delegated most of what he had been carrying and put boundaries around his time. Within a month he was sleeping again.

The five year wait for what was hers

The problem
Her share of an inheritance had sat with an uncle for five years. In her family, the rule was simple: wait, do not ask, respect your elders.
The struggle
Every year of waiting made asking feel more impossible. Raising it felt like betraying the family, so she carried the resentment instead.
After the framework
She vetted three lawyers and took proper legal steps to claim what was hers. The family she was afraid of upsetting turned out to be supportive.

Who you will be working with

Clients call her fierce. They also keep coming back. Both are true.

Ayni works 1:1 with people who are clear about the problem and clear about the feeling, and simply do not know what the next step is. Most of them are in their 40s and 50s. Many are CFOs, CEOs, executive assistants and founders, because the workplace is where a pattern shows up every single day, and it is usually the fastest place to break it.

Ayni will be honest with you, because that is what you are there for. She will not pretend everything is fine when it is not. But she is not there to be hard on you either: she reads your own notes back to you until you can see the pattern for yourself, and she stays with you while you learn to say the things you have been avoiding. Clients describe her as fierce and warm in the same sentence. Fierce about the pattern, warm with the person.

  • No whyAsking why it happened keeps you in the past. She asks what is happening right now, because that is the only thing you can change.
  • No reassuranceShe will not tell you it is fine to keep waiting, because it is not. She would rather help you act than help you feel better about not acting.
  • No storiesBring the log, not the explanation. If a session turns into meaning making, it stops.
  • She will turn you awayIf you are not ready to act within 48 hours, she will say so and ask you to come back when you are.

What clients say about Ayni.

Working with Ayni has been truly transformative.

She helped me become aware of deep-rooted limiting beliefs and childhood conditioning that were quietly shaping my life and holding me back. Many of these patterns were not consciously visible to me at all, and Ayni patiently took the time to sit with me, guiding me step by step until genuine awareness emerged. This is where real pattern-breaking began for me.

Across the many roles I hold in life, Ayni consistently helped me see how these beliefs were playing out, bringing clarity, perspective, and compassion to each situation.

She also has the rare ability to be both deeply supportive and firmly honest. When I was caught in my own blind spots or illusions, Ayni helped me see them clearly and empowered me to choose how I wanted to move forward.

I am deeply grateful for her presence, insight, and integrity, and I would highly recommend her to anyone ready for meaningful, lasting change.

thank you for sharing this with me, and also thank you for the guidance and patience and believing in me.

there are period where i do question why i am doing this, the frustration with the mental blockage like i dont really get it even though it in plain sight.

i am glad that i pushed through and continue to work on being in the present, observe the discomfort and sitting with it and as simple as not reacting to it/ emotion is just what it need.

Be honest with yourself

This is for you if.

Yes, if

  • You are in your 40s or 50s and you have already tried the sensible things.
  • You are the one everyone else leans on, at work or at home, and you are tired of it.
  • You can name the feeling. Stuck, stagnant, frustrated. You cannot name the next step.
  • You are willing to write short notes between sessions, and to do one uncomfortable thing within 48 hours when asked.

Not for you if

  • You are looking for reassurance, or a safe space to process feelings. That is valuable work, and it is not this.
  • You want to spend the sessions on why it happened. Ayni works on what is happening now.
  • You will not write things down. The notes are the work; without them there is nothing to read back.
  • You are not ready to act within 48 hours. That is not a judgement. Come back when you are.

Before you fill in the form

The questions people actually ask.

Do I really have to write things down?

Yes. Short entries, not journalling. The log is the only thing that lets Ayni show you the pattern instead of telling you about it, and it is what you will use to hold yourself to it afterwards.

Why six sessions and not one or three?

Because the sessions are a sequence, not a menu. The first ones find the pattern, the middle ones test the opposite action in real life, the last ones make it a habit. Three sessions would leave you at the most uncomfortable point with limited breakthrough.

What does it cost?

The first consultation is SGD 180, and it includes a one hour 1:1 session and your personal report: the first written map of the pattern you have been living by. If it is not for you in the first 20 minutes, you leave and pay nothing.

The consultation stands on its own: you leave with the report whether or not you go further. If you do continue, the six session arc is separate, priced as one package rather than per session, and Ayni tells you that number herself before you commit to anything.

Is this therapy? Is it spiritual?

Neither. Ayni is not a counsellor, and the sessions do not go digging through your past. The work is practical: it looks at what you are doing right now, in your real situations, and what to do differently the next time one comes around.

I have heard she is fierce. Is she going to be nice to me?

She is fierce in the way that gets results: firm and direct. She will not dance around what she sees, and she will not manage your reaction for you, which is exactly the habit she is helping you break. That firmness is why the work holds when being gently encouraged has not. Clients describe her as fierce and warm at the same time. And if it is not working for you in the first 20 minutes of your first session, you leave and pay nothing.

What if I fill in the form and she says I am not ready?

Then she means it, and she will tell you what she saw. It is not a sales tactic. The form asks whether you are willing to sit with discomfort and to take an action within 48 hours. If the honest answer is not yet, come back when it is. Nothing is lost.

You have spent years putting everyone else first.
